Hi Thomas
I have the same hummingbird but it is a twelve string. Had it for decades, had it refurbished by a JBR guitars. You can see a photo on jbrguitars.com. lovely instrument. I hade the tuners replaced, along with the bridge, and nut it now has a passive Ovation pick-up built in. Jim did a fantastic job, I would like to find out more on the construction of the instrument..

w65 h has parallogram celluloid inlays , w65hs has square celluloid inlays , the top or soundboard is 3 ply cross laminated spruce , the back and sides are nato / Indonesian mahogany also laminated , the headstock logo is a cf martin and co copy whilst of course the guitar is a copy of the 1965 Gibson hummingbird which is where the suzukis get their model number from .

Hi Jarrod, I have the same guitar, but it is acoustic/electric. Did they make such a thing or did this guitar get a make-over at some point? It was given to me as a gift about 20 years ago...Jacky

Does anyone know if the Suzuki W65 guitar has a truss? Couldn't find it and I need to straighten the neck.
